So Grateful for Eddie and Soo Hipp Plumbing! I don’t know much about plumbing, so I was a little nervous when I had an issue. But Eddie from Soo Hipp Plumbing made everything so easy to understand. He took the time to explain the problem in a way I could follow and never made me feel overwhelmed or rushed. What really stood out to me was Eddie’s honesty. He didn’t try to sell me anything extra or suggest unnecessary repairs—he was straightforward and truthful about what needed to be done. That kind of honesty is rare, and I appreciated it so much. Eddie’s positive attitude and professionalism made the whole experience a lot less stressful. I’m so thankful for the amazing service he provided and for how kindly he treated me. The wonderful team at Soo Hipp installed our reverse osmosis drinking water filtration system. The staff at the office and technicians are friendly and professional. Jose Navarro our technician was polite, honest and considerate of our home, Jose and Michael wore shoe covers and used floor covers in their work area. He responded all of our questions and concerns. We had an issue and had to call them a second time to fix something and they responded fast and fix the issue right away. We highly recommend Soo Hipp, they have a great team of technicians! So far we love our reverse osmosis water filtration system. Looking forward to working with them again in the future.

Soo Hipp Plumbing is my go-to contact whenever I have any sort of plumbing issues. I have used their services on 3 occasions and will continue to rely on them with confidence. I first met Mike when the company was formerly called The Drain Guys. I had called numerous companies regarding an issue I had on a Saturday. They were the only company that offered to come out the same day, and they were there in just over an hour (fast response time in my opinion.) Mike earned my business because he was the first to show up, he was able to diagnose the issue, clearly communicate pricing and his approach to fixing the issue. He has been the one to come out every time that I've called - I consider him honest, reliable and a pleasure to work with. I manage multiple income properties, and my clients are usually under the impressions that vendors are will usually try to upsell, overbid and squeeze every dollar out of you. That is not the case with this company. Working with Soo Hipp Plumbing is money well spent. Most recently, I had an issue with a toilet overflow and water damage. I called my go-to plumbers and they were out there in the morning the very next day. I have an expert plumber and company that I can rely on whenever I'm in a pinch, and I know that the problem will be handled properly and in a timely manner. I despise plumbing issues, but I am very glad to have these guys on my team!
