Omead1 StarI'm highly disappointed with Al-Garcia plumbing. They were the installer of my shower plumbing and the diverter valve gets loose over few times I use it. One of their plumbers came out 2 times to "fix" it. The first time, he said he needs a new part...for a practically brand new installation! The 2nd time, he "installed" it, but took most of the part for himself, even though I told him to leave it. Therefore...this is theft. After 3 attempts, I still have the exact same problem, even though they charged 2 times to fix it and stole 1 expensive part. Disappointing and terrible. In the end, I figured out what the issue was and fixed it myself...and I'm not even a plumber!Monday 3rd March 2025

Plumber came out and took our horribly corroded faucets apart and diagnosed the problem. Both defective faucets combined with hard water. After receiving four new faucets under warranty from Delta, Al Garcia sent two plumbers who promptly removed the old faucets and installed the new ones at a reasonable price.
